Chairman's 10th Anniversary Message
Dear Bluebird Community,
Ten years ago, in 2015, a small group of us opened Bluebird British International Preschool to empower educational excellence through structured learning environments that stimulate students to engage in collective and comprehensive learning. We acknowledge the profound trust parents put on us to guide and mentor their children as they develop understanding and critical skills. Our mission encompasses the provision of an environment that is caring, nurturing, stimulating and safe, hence enabling students to learn and flourish as independent learners. Our primary objective is to adequately prepare them to commence their tertiary education.
From those humble beginnings, Bluebird has grown into a trusted community for early childhood education and is now under the broader umbrella of Bluebird International School and Blueline International School while staying faithful to our original philosophy. We believe that real quality school starts with understanding child development and each child’s individual needs. As our Board of Directors always reminds us, a strong school prioritizes those needs and builds warm, positive relationships in a welcoming, enabling environment. This belief shapes everything we do.
None of this would be possible without the people who have believed in Bluebird from the beginning. My heartfelt thanks to:
- Our founding shareholders (Mr. Eang Seng Eav, Mr. Samleang Seila, and Mrs. Ty Mali) whose vision and commitment brought Bluebird to life;
- Our Vice Chairman (Mr. Eang Sengeav) for steering operations with purpose;
- Our Principal (Ms. Kendall Fairburn) for championing learning and development;
- Our board members, managers, teachers, and staff, whose daily dedication sustains our standards;
- Our parents and partners, whose trust and collaboration have been our foundation; and Our children, whose curiosity and joy are the reason we exist, thank you!
Together, we have reached important milestones that affirm our mission. Parents have recognized Bluebird’s commitment to excellence, and our students’ academic achievements reflect the strength of our educational approach, which is firmly grounded in the International Early Year Curriculum (IEYC), the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), the Western Australian Curriculum (WAC) and the Cambodian National Curriculum as our core frameworks. We have expanded the range of extracurricular activities, after-school programs, and enrichment opportunities available to our students, enabling them to discover their interests, build confidence, and apply their learning beyond the classroom. In addition, we have established partnerships with international educational childcare, and child development institutions to amplify our impact and continuously raise the quality of education in Cambodia.
As we enter our next decade, we reaffirm our mission:
We will continue investing in teacher development, enriching our learning environments, strengthening health and safeguarding, and expanding opportunities for play-based, inquiry-driven learning. We will deepen our international alliances and invite our community to help us keep Bluebird “a very academic yet happy place” for young learners. Thank you for being part of our journey. ជូនចំពោះ ក្រុមគ្រួសារនៃសហគមន៍ប៊្លូបើដ ជាទីគោរព!
ក្រុមការងារយើងដែលមានសមាជិក៣-៤នាក់បានបើកដំណើរការសាលាអន្តរជាតិប្រ៊ីដធីសប៊្លូបើដក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៥។ បើគិតដល់បច្ចុប្បន្នមានរយៈពេលដប់ឆ្នាំហើយ។ ការបើកដំណើរការសាលាអន្តរជាតិប្រ៊ីដធីសប៊្លូបើដនេះ សំដៅលើកកម្ពស់ឧត្តមភាពអប់រំ តាមរយៈបរិយាកាសសិក្សា ដែលមានកម្មវិធីច្បាស់លាស់ និងដើម្បីជំរុញលើកទឹកចិត្តសិស្សានុសិស្សចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការសិក្សាប្រកបដោយភាពពេញលេញនិងគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយ។ យើងខ្ញុំសូមគោរពដឹងគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះការផ្តល់ទំនុកចិត្តពីសំណាក់មាតាបិតា អ្នកអាណាព្យាបាលដល់យើងខ្ញុំក្នុងការចង្អុលបង្ហាញ ណែនាំ និងបង្ហាត់បង្រៀនកូនៗរបស់លោក លោកស្រី ដើម្បីឱ្យពួកគេមានការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ទាំងការយល់ដឹង និងបំណិនចាំបាច់មួយចំនួន។ បេសកកម្មរបស់យើងរួមមាន ការផ្តល់បរិយាកាសសិក្សាប្រកបដោយសុវត្ថិភាព ការថែទាំ និងការលើកទឹកចិត្ត ដែលទាំងនេះជាកត្តាជួយឱ្យសិស្សានុសិស្សមានសមត្ថភាពច្បាស់ពេញលេញនិងក្លាយជាអ្នកសិក្សាប្រកបដោយឯករាជ្យ។ គោលបំណងសំខាន់របស់យើងគឺសម្រួច ដុសខាត់សមត្ថភាពសិស្សានុសិស្សឱ្យបានល្អប្រសើរ ដើម្បីត្រៀមខ្លួនសិក្សាបន្តនៅថ្នាក់ឧត្តមសិក្សា។
ប្ល៊ូបើដបានបន្តរីកចម្រើនចាប់តាំងពីថ្ងៃដំបូងរហូតក្លាយជាស្ថាប័នអប់រំមួយ ដែលទទួលបានទំនុកចិត្តលើវិស័យអប់រំកុមារតូច និងបច្ចុប្បន្ននេះប្ល៊ូបើដបានវិវឌ្ឍនខ្លួនជារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធធំមួយ ដែលមានសាលាអន្តរជាតិប៊្លូបើដ និងសាលាអន្តរជាតិប៊្លូឡាញជាបុត្តសម្ព័ន្ធ ខណៈបេសកកម្មនៃស្ថាប័នទាំងមូលនៅតែរក្សាទុកដដែល។ យើងខ្ញុំជឿជាក់ថា សាលាដែលមានគុណភាពពិតប្រាកដ គឺចាប់ផ្តើមពីការយល់ដឹងអំពីការអភិវឌ្ឍកុមារ និងតម្រូវការផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់កុមារម្នាក់ៗ។ ដូចដែលក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាលរបស់យើងតែងរំឭកថា សាលាដែលរឹងមាំរីកចម្រើនតែងផ្តល់អាទិភាពលើចំណុចទាំងនេះ ព្រមទាំងការកសាងទំនាក់ទំនងយ៉ាងកក់ក្តៅ ប្រកបដោយភាពវិជ្ជមាន។ ទស្សនៈវិស័យនេះគឺជាស្នូលនៃរាល់សកម្មភាពដែលយើងបានធ្វើ។
សមិទ្ធិផលដែលយើងបានឃើញនៅពេលនេះ កើតចេញពីការកំណត់ទស្សនវិស័យច្បាស់លាស់របស់ប៊្លូបើដតាំងពីដើមមក។ ខ្ញុំបាទសូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅចំពោះ ៖
- លោក អ៊ាង សេងអ៊ាវ, លោក សំលៀង សីលា និងលោកស្រី ទី ម៉ាលិ ដែលមានទស្សនវិស័យ និងការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តខ្ពស់ធ្វើឱ្យប៊្លូបើដកើតមានឡើង និងដំណើរការរហូតដល់សព្វថ្ងៃ។
- លោក អ៊ាង សេងអ៊ាវ អនុប្រធានក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល សម្រាប់ការដឹកនាំប្រតិបត្តិប្រកបដោយចក្ខុវិស័យ និងគោលបំណងច្បាស់លាស់។
- លោកស្រី Kendall Fairburn នាយកសាលា សម្រាប់ការខិតខំលើកកម្ពស់ការសិក្សា និងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។
- សមាជិកក្រុមប្រឹក្សាភិបាល គណៈគ្រប់គ្រង លោកគ្រូ អ្នកគ្រូ និងបុគ្គលិកទាំងអស់ សម្រាប់ការខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងសំដៅរក្សាបាននូវស្តង់ដាសិក្សាប្រកដោយគុណភាព។
- មាតាបិតា អ្នកអាណាព្យាបាល និងដៃគូសហការដែលបានផ្ដល់ទំនុកចិត្ត និងការសហការល្អដែលជាគ្រឹះដ៏រឹងមាំរបស់យើង និងសិស្សានុសិស្សទាំងអស់ សម្រាប់ការចង់ចេះ ចង់ដឹងនិងបង្កើតបរិយាកាសរីករាយ។
- សិស្សានុសិស្សទាំងអស់ សម្រាប់ការចង់ចេះ ចង់ដឹងនិងបង្កើតបរិយាកាសរីករាយ ដែលនេះគឺជាហេតុផលដែលធ្វើឱ្យយើងមានថ្ងៃនេះ។
យើងទាំងអស់គ្នាបានសម្រេចនូវសមិទ្ធិផលសំខាន់ៗ ដែលជាការឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងបេសកកម្មរបស់យើង។ មាតាបិតា អ្នកអាណាព្យាបាលបានទទួលស្គាល់នូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់ប៊្លូបើដចំពោះឧត្តមភាពអប់រំ ហើយលទ្ធផលសិក្សារបស់សិស្សានុសិស្ស បានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងអំពីគោលវិធីដ៏រឹងមាំដែលរំលេចក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌកម្មវិធីសិក្សា៖ កម្មវិធីមត្តេយ្យសិក្សាអន្តរជាតិ(IEYC) កម្មវិធីបឋមសិក្សាអន្តរជាតិ(IPC) កម្មវិធីសិក្សាអន្តរជាតិរបស់ប្រទេសអូស្រ្តាលីខាងលិច (WAC) និងកម្មវិធីសិក្សាជាតិគ្រប់កម្រិត។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះផងដែរ សាលាបាននឹងកំពុងពង្រីកសកម្មភាពសិក្សាបន្ថែម និងកម្មវិធីសិក្សាក្រៅម៉ោង ដើម្បីជាឱកាសសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពសិស្សានុសិស្ស សំដៅឱ្យពួកគេស្វែងរកចំណង់ចំណូលចិត្តផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន កសាងទំនុកចិត្ត និងប្រើប្រាស់ចំណេះដឹងនៅមជ្ឈដ្ឋានខាងក្រៅ។ លើសពីនេះទៅទៀត យើងបានកសាងភាពជាដៃគូជាមួយស្ថាប័នអន្តរជាតិ ដែលគាំពាផ្នែកអប់រំ ថែទាំ និងអភិវឌ្ឍកុមារដើម្បីពង្រីកសក្ដានុពល ក៏ដូចជាបន្តលើកកម្ពស់គុណភាពអប់រំនៅកម្ពុជា។
ក្នុងទសវត្សរ៍ថ្មីនេះ យើងខ្ញុំសូមធ្វើការរំឭកឡើងវិញអំពីបេសកកម្មរបស់សាលា៖
សាលានឹងបន្តវិនិយោគលើការអភិវឌ្ឍសមត្ថភាពគ្រូ និងបុគ្គលិកទាំងអស់ព្រមទាំងពង្រឹងបន្ថែមបរិយាកាសសិក្សា សុខុមាលភាព និងការថែទាំ។ ស្របពេលគ្នានេះដែរ សាលាក៏នឹងបង្កើនឱកាសសិក្សាប្លែកសម្រាប់កុមារ ក៏ដូចជាសិស្សានុសិស្សទាំងអស់ដូចជាការសិក្សាតាមរយៈការលេង និងការសិក្សាបែបរិះរក។ សាលានឹងបន្តសហការឱ្យកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅជាមួយស្ថាប័នដៃគូអន្តរជាតិ ក៏ដូចជាសហគមន៍ប៊្លូប៊ើដទាំងមូលដើម្បីធ្វើយ៉ាងណាឱ្យប៊្លូប៊ើដក្លាយជា “កន្លែងសិក្សាល្អ ដែលពោរពេញដោយភាពរីករាយ” សម្រាប់សិស្សានុសិស្ស។
យើងខ្ញុំសូមថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់មាតាបិតា និងអ្នកអាណាព្យាបាលសិស្សទាំងអស់ដែលតែងតែជឿជាក់លើការអប់រំរបស់ប៊្លូប៊ើដ។ ពួកយើងនឹងធ្វើការសហការរួមគ្នាទាំងបុគ្គលិក និងក្រុមគ្រួសារនៃសហគមន៍សិក្សារបស់យើងដើម្បីភាពរីកចម្រើន និងបន្តបោះជំហានទៅមុខជាមួយនឹងគុណភាពអប់រំប្រកបដោយស្តង់ដាខ្ពស់បំផុត។
